This is a luxurious and fairly clean property with lovely staff and location.

Nicely presented and fairly clean place with a modern reception. The staff were polite, welcoming, would stay here again.

It has fantastic location and staff for a good stay in room with arriving at that time.

Contemporary & luxury hotel, ideal location near by restaurants, helpful staff.

Everything was very clean and met the demands. The hotel had a central position just off the main restaurants and the beach and strip and the pool and sun lounges.

The hotel is fabulous, spotlessly clean with good prices. We would recommend it to all, had a very good experience.

It's calm place to stay 3 km away from Portimao Arena.

Quiet location, liked the in-house restaurant. Lots of fantastic options for meal. Decent sized unit. The staffs were knowledgeable & terrific. Cool drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise.

View was unbelievable, breakfast was well assorted, and beds were very clean.

Our rooms definitely needed to be cleaned everyday.

Accommodating, spotlessly clean place and relaxing area. Workers were INCREDIBLY POLITE, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown. The roof top bar in the hotel had lots of strong spirits and gins throughout the day.

We had a problem with air conditioning, it was leaking.

Overall, it's great place for exploring Portimao attractions: )

It was a fabulous stay, I recommend this place. I loved rooms and staff, which were fine. The bed was soft and it was great having WiFi, terrace and balcony. For breakfast I had cheese, breads, milk, jam and pastries. Wonderful reception.

The stay at this well maintained hotel was a fine one. Elegant building, super location, fairly good staff. I appreciated my exceptionally comfortable room and its reasonably spacious bathroom. Comfy beds and adequate facilities.

Had a very very good time. Check-in was flexible, the service was personalised! I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. I was surprised by the incredible sea view. Having different carbonated drinks in the cigar bar was a very nice touch.

Everything here was fab, location and staff were okay. We had secluded bedrooms. The early check-in process too.

Flor Da Rocha - is simply one love. Marvellous location with immaculate rooms. Being a short way from bulli and pupe was nice, we had dinner there.

The street outside is quite noisy.

our experience was good. there is a good food option within 400 m - bulli and pupe. very clean and well-kept place. the hotel was located a short walk to tren turistico portimao and other tourist attractions.
